SIR REINHART RUGE
CO-PRESIDENT OF WCPA
KNIGHT OF MALTA
 For
many years WCPA has developed its activities together with
Dr. Reinhart Ruge as either President or Co-President.
He was born in Germany, but most of his life he has spent
in Mexico, where he lives to nowadays. Dr. Reinhart Ruge is
an civil engineer.
All his life he has participated in human movements in the
world. He is among the first who joined WCPA and ratified
the Constitution for the Federation together with Professor
Philip Isely, Secretary General WCPA.
Occupied by the work for WCPA, Dr. Reinhart Ruge has traveled
around the world taking part in many conferences, speaking
to assemblies and governments of different countries.
Today he is Co-President of WCPA, together with the Vice President
of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mr. Atiku Abubaker, and Dr.
Leo Rebello, political activist from India.
For his activities, for promoting peace and world understanding,
he has been rewarded with the title “The Knight of Malta”
year 2002, the title he has deserved with all his dignity.
