(d)Encourage settlement of international disputes by arbitration

Respected Prof. Philip,
We take great pleasure in enclosing brochure of the 3rd Internatrional Conference of Chief Justices on Article 51 of the Constitution of India containing the report of the variuous events organised by CMS on Article 51 in the year 2001. Your learned address at the 2nd International Confereence is published on pages 220-222.

The main highlight of the 3rd International Conference will be presentation of an appeal to the World Judiciary by CMS students on behalf of world’s childreen, born andd yet-to-be-born requesting support for their demandd for a safe future.

I invite you to join us for the Confeereence where our students, ably schooled by Ms.Eugenia Almand MA and Dr.T.P.Amerasinghe, will be urging the participating Chief Justices to ratify the Earth Constitution. Your presence shall be a source of great inspiration and strenght to all of us. Your wisdom and expirience will help us charter our way tthrough thee three-day cconfereence. I also request you hold a Strategy Commitee Meeting immediately after the Conference as done last year. This will help us coordinate our efforts in order to obtain maximum number of ratification and also try to get a joint ratification by a number of nations, aat the Conference itself.
