YOUTH

IMMEDIATE
YOUTH ACTION PROGRAM
The world
is in quest of an alternative to the present chaotic world
system. The Democratic Government under the Constitution for
Federation of Earth is the perfect and sustainable solution
for the global problems. The future depends on how we act
today and therefore the young people of the world are mostly
concerned about their future and the future of their planet.
It is the time, we, the young people of the world, must ct
decisively in order to get the Federal World Government under
the CFE established on time before the Earth gets into more
trouble and sufferings. We need to undertake an immediate
action plan worldwide as follows:
1. Training of the Trainers Program: series of workshop
studding the Constitution for Federation of Earth to educate
the youth leaders (core group empowerment) around the world.
2. Formulate first 30 World Ministries of the World
Government.
We propose mostly young leaders should be recruited to work
voluntarily
(To begin with) for the Ministries. A brief informative folder
in this regard is underway (proposed by Prof. Philip Isely,
Secretary General WCPA/GREN)
3. We must continue and strengthen the Ratification
of the Constitution for Federation of Earth (CFE) campaign
worldwide by individuals, organizations and national governments.
4. Our collective effort must focus and aim the Founding
Ratification Convention (FRC) and the first Global Exposition
and Fair (GEF).
5. Organize 10 Student youth Centers (focal points
for ratification campaign) throughout the world. Regional
youth and students leaders must be trained up in a way so
that they become self-motivated by the cause and therefore
generate greater youth voluntary force pushing their respective
national governments and others around them to join the Founding
Ratification Convention and the first Global Exposition and
Fair.
6. We must act now to get these Youth Centers started
and also to get the core groups organized immediately.
7. Information and communication campaign is very important
to succeed in our endeavor. We should start publishing the
monthly "Youth Action for World Government" bulletin.
The YAWG bulletin should keep reiterating the Immediate Youth
Action Program with other news. The YAWG bulletin should go
in bundle to 10 Youth Centers and they will distribute the
bulletin locally. If necessary they will reproduce the document
where short.
8. We must represent our organization in the international
forums most effectively. This is the easiest way to reach
many qualified people and to continue the information campaign
for the cause.
9. We have to have fund raising programs worldwide.
Money can be raised through different activities involving
the youth leaders around the world by selling T-shirts, caps,
organizing dinner parties with celebrities, approaching to
the wealthy people personally. In order to do this we must
have strong people with us who are optimistic with a positive
view to our movement. We should have a sub-committee for fund
raising.
10. We must reorganize WCPA and GREN national chapters
worldwide. In order to build a strong global WCPA we need
to recruit new leadership because new and energetic leaders
are must for dynamic world.
