BE ANNOUNCED....
Dear readers, dear friends,
It has been a long time since you have had “Across Frontiers”
in your hands.! It has been a long time since you’ve
seen it printed in regular newspaper style, without the colorful
apperance.!
The latest few issues , whose Managing Editor was Mr.Max Steel,were
printed on nice glossy paper. But the times are changed! Mr.
Max Steele has resigned and now the new person in charge is
Mrs Eli Isely, Deputy Secretary General, as voted on the last
WCPA Cabinet meeting on 7th and 8th August 2002.
To do a good job with our “Across Frontiers”, dear
readers, I need your help and support ! Thank you!
I DO, KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU SEND INFORMATION ABOUT ALL ACTIVITIES
